We’re seeking someone full-time to fill a Sales Support role working from our office in downtown Winter Park, FL.
Activities of Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in creating detailed costings and invoices for new inquiries as requested.
- Help the sales team build proposals using our online itinerary building software within 24 hours of receiving the client’s request to maximize closing rates.
- Prepare travel docs by the review deadline so the sales team will have enough time to do a final check and to hand back over to you to place the order before the final deadline. This ensures the quality of our travel docs, that our clients will receive their docs at least 30 days prior to their departure and allows us to minimize printing and shipping costs.
- Maintain our A-Z destination info so our clients always receive information that is helpful and up to date.
- Send handwritten “thank you for booking” postcards to clients.
- Ensure our online record keeping system is kept up to date with the latest info from our suppliers and clients so that our team has an accurate point of reference.
- Keep our online sales notebook clean, organized and up to date. Since this is where all our processes are documented and where reference info is saved, this will improve the efficiency and consistency of our entire team.
- Manage our emergency on call line which rotates weekly to a different member of the sales team. You will be responsible for making these changes every week and notifying the team of the current contact.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communicator – both written and verbal

- Experience with Wetu, an online itinerary building software

Offer
Compensation for this position will be between $25,000-$30,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This full-time position will require you to be in the office Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM to 6PM.
