The Best of Slovenia & Croatia

Dramatic landscapes and cities rich in history make up the best of the proud yet welcoming European nations of Croatia and Slovenia. Explore the rugged islands and sweeping beaches of Croatia’s Adriatic coast, and wander at will amongst the cathedrals, museums and galleries of the classy city of Zagreb.

Mysterious ancient ruins and tiny fishing villages add human interest to the labyrinth of islands that make up the coastline, while the weatherworn walls of medieval cities can tell tales of conquest, victory and betrayal.

The historic coastal city of Dubrovnik seems almost caught in a time-warp, and then there is the natural beauty of Slovenia, a country blessed with mountains, lakes and forests – the perfect outdoor playground if you prefer a more active kind of holiday.

You could always restrict your physical exertions to café-hopping and let the best of Croatia and Slovenia come to you as you watch the world go by.
